Prior to co-founding Ironopolis Solvents, Edward served as Regional Operations Director for a major European solvent distributor following his Chemical Engineering degree at Imperial College London.
Finance Director
Rebecca Parsons oversees financial strategy, regulatory compliance, tax planning, and corporate governance for Ironopolis Solvents. She previously managed corporate finance across Northern England after qualifying as a Chartered Accountant (FCA) with Deloitte and earning an MA in Economics from the University of Edinburgh.
Operations Director
Toby Fitzgerald directs daily manufacturing output, supply chain logistics, and COMAH safety standards across Middlesbrough and Billingham. Toby brings over two decades of high-hazard chemical processing experience in Teesside, holding degrees in Applied Chemistry and Process Engineering.
IT Director
Eloise Howard manages internal IT systems, SCADA network isolation, data integrity, and cyber security architecture. She previously led infrastructure and operational technology security programmes for UK utility providers after specialising in Cyber Security at Durham University.
Legal Director
Greg Thomson leads all legal affairs, UK REACH chemical compliance management, defence contract licensing, and risk mitigation. Greg brings over twenty-five years of commercial law experience advising energy and industrial firms across Northern England.
Sales Director
Harrison Griffin leads commercial strategy, key account management, and strategic distribution partnerships across the UK and Europe. Harrison built extensive B2B technical sales expertise in the aerospace supply chain after earning a degree in Business Management from the University of Leeds.
HR Director
Charlotte Fuller manages recruitment, workplace safety training, CIPD compliance, and organisational development across all Teesside sites. Charlotte spent ten years developing talent acquisition and HR frameworks in UK advanced manufacturing and is a Chartered Member of the CIPD.
